Heritage Series Concert: The Barefoot Movement

Nashville-based high-energy bluegrass group coming to Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Peninsula - The Barefoot Movement will perform at 8PM April 15, 2016, at Happy Days Lodge, located at 500 W. Streetsboro Street in Peninsula within Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

The music of The Barefoot Movement is down to earth, coaxing listeners to sit back, kick off their shoes, and stay a while. Folks can expect a collection of songs that offer something for everyone, from emotional ballads to rip-roaring barn-burners. With voices as sweet as honey, they’re one of the most promising bands in bluegrass today, earning widespread accolades for their engaging live performances.

Single concert admission: $17 adults, $12 Conservancy members, $5 children ages 3 - 12. Light meals options will be sold to general concert attendees for an additional fee. Prepared by Conservancy Canteen, hot soups highlight seasonal ingredients and are paired with local, alcoholic and non-alcoholic handcrafted beverages.
