New Brecksville Subdivision Plans Move Forward
Hidden Hills will have 46 new single-family homes
A plan for a new subdivision in Brecksville that has not moved since 2007 is back on track, The Plain Dealer reports.
The Hidden Hills subdivision project was halted in 2007 over a zoning issue, the newspaper reports, but plans were resubmitted at a June 27 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
The development would include 46 single-family homes on Hillsdale and Parkview Drives.
