Ohio Connections Academy hosts 19 picnic statewide for students to socialize with teachers and peers

More than a dozen Ohio Connections Academy students, parents and teachers from the Cleveland area took part in a school picnic at the Ohio & Erie Canal Reservation. The event was one of 19 picnics the online public charter school hosted on May 4th at parks throughout the state. Altogether more than 500 students, parents and teachers participated in the activity which was held to give the virtual school students an opportunity to connect, engage and have fun with peers who live in their area.
