There are three foreclosed properties in Brecksville scheduled to go to bid this month, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s website.

There were four properties up for sale in Brecksville in September, and two were sold, according to the site.

The minimum bids on the October sales range from about $29,000 to about $157,000. These are the only properties up for bid this month as of Oct. 1. All of the below information can be found on the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s website.

Oct. 22

• 7815 Chippewa Road: This property is described as six apartment units. The appraised value of the property is listed as $0, and the minimum bid is $69,811.72.

Oct. 29

• 7025 Carriage Hill Drive, #202: This property is described as one unit in a brick condominium. There is a garage. The appraised value is $44,000, and the minimum bid is $29,334.
• 9762 Forge Drive: This is described as a single-frame dwelling with a three-car garage. The appraised value is $235,000, and the minimum bid is $156,667.
