Two Foreclosed Brecksville Properties Up for Bid in March

There are two foreclosed properties — both on Carriage Hill Drive — in Brecksville that are going to sheriff’s sale this month, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office website.

Two additional properties were withdrawn. 

There were three posted in February, but all of them were also withdrawn.

March 11

• 6860 Carriage Hill Drive, Unit C28: Appraised value: $65,000; Minimum bid: $43,334

March 18

• 7025 Carriage Hill Drive, No. 202. Appraised value: $44,000; Minimum bid: $20,000
