Stark Hunger Task Force Closed MLK Jr. Day
The pantry in the Community Campus at Goodwill will return to the regular schedule Tuesday at 9:15 a.m.

From Stark County Hunger: Stark County Hunger Task Force (SCHTF) officials announce the emergency pantry at 408 9th St. will close Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Day.
The pantry in the Community Campus at Goodwill will return to the regular schedule Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. Pantry Hours: Mondays, 9:15 a.m. to 3:35 p.m.; Tuesdays, 9:15 a.m. to 2:35 p.m., Wednesdays, 9:15 a.m. to 3:35 p.m., and Thursdays and Fridays, 9:15 a.m. to 1:35 p.m.
Time tickets for the pantry are distributed by the Goodwill receptionists on a first-come- first-served basis.

Founded in 1981, Stark County Hunger Task Force at 408 9th St. SW, Canton, leads the battle against hunger in Stark County. Operating almost entirely on donations, SCHTF provides free groceries to nearly 30,000 individuals every month through more than 30 food pantries, “Backpacks for Kids” programs and an emergency pantry.
