Equity Construction Solutions Hires New Director of Operations

HILLARD, Ohio – June 26, 2019 – Equity Construction Solutions (ECS), an independent construction company with extensive and successful experience across a wide range of different project types, is pleased to announce the addition of Marc Doukakis as Director of Operations. He will be based out of the Columbus headquarters.

Doukakis brings of 25 years of extensive knowledge in strategic planning, project development and budgeting and profit-loss performance oversight to his new role in operations. His proven track record in successful end-to-end project planning and performance oversight will greatly benefit the ECS team, as the company grows its services and national exposure.

Doukakis’ new role as Director of Operations will further enhance ECS’s ability to deliver on their relentless pursuit to proactively exceed the expectations of their clients through daily management of risk, reputation and perception. Marc will focus on monitoring the status of projects in ECS’s national markets, absolute accountability for the North Region, job costing and projecting, staffing, productivity, quality, safety and compliance of corporate goals, policies and procedures.
