5 Modest Cleveland Area Homes Sold In Multi-Million-Dollar Deals
A home in Stow sold for $52,500,000 million; one in Twinsburg for $30,250,000. And they're by no means luxury homes.

It’s all about location, and the location of five recently-sold homes in the greater Cleveland made them some of the most valuable of homes listed for sale on realtor.com. They’re not luxury mansions, but modest single-family homes. A house in Stow went for $52,500,000. A brick bungalow in Cleveland sold for almost $3.9 million.
