A Pair of Foreclosed Cleveland Heights Homes Scheduled for Sheriff's Sale on Monday
Find the appraised and minimum values for the homes up for sale
Two Cleveland Heights homes in foreclosure are scheduled for sheriff's sales on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.
Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 8:30 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

- 2622 Canterbury Road; appraised value $30,000; minimum value $20,000
- 3131 Whitethorn Road; appraised value $70,000; minimum value $46,667
The court ordered two homes on Berkeley Road and Monticello Boulevard that were scheduled for the sale to be withdrawn.
