Cleveland Heights Foreclosures Sales Scheduled For Monday

Four Cleveland Heights homes in foreclosure are scheduled for sheriff's sales Monday, July 8, according to the Cuyahoga Coun ty Sheriff's website.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

Here are the Cleveland Heights properties in Monday's sale:

2661 EUCLID HEIGHTS BOULEVARD: Appraised for $100,000; minimum bid of $66,667.
890 HELMSDALE ROAD: Appraised for $25,000; minimum bid of $16,667.
3683 ATHERSTONE ROAD: Appraised for $40,000; minimum bid of $26,667.
3535 FENLEY ROAD: Appraised for $30,000; minimum bid of $20,000.
