Find out how much foreclosed homes in Cleveland Heights were sold for.

Five foreclosed Cleveland Heights homes were sold at sheriff's auction on July 1, according to Cuyahoga County foreclosure records.
Of the five homes, two of them were sold for more than they were appraised, records show. The other three were sold below their appraised value.
Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

- 1242 CASTLETON ROAD: Appraised for $40,000; sold for $60,000.
- 876 ELOISE ROAD: Appraised for $14,000; sold for $10,500.
- 3293 DESOTA AVENUE: Appraised for $16,000; sold for $40,000.
