One Cleveland Heights Foreclosed Home Up for Auction

One Cleveland Heights home in foreclosure are scheduled for sheriff's sales this week, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

The home, at 1175 Pomona Road, has an appraised value of $30,000. The minimum bid at Monday's auction is $20,000.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.
