Student Arrested For Firing Gun Inside Ohio High School: Police
Police made an arrest 25 minutes after a call came in about an active shooter.

COLUMBUS, OH — A Scioto High School student was arrested Friday after school officials reported to police that the student fired multiple shots inside the school.
Police in Columbus, Ohio arrested Adan Abdullahi, 18 about 25 minutes after a call came in Friday morning about a shooting incident. Officers arrived at the scene where school employees told them that a student fired multiple shots inside the building, police said. Abdullahi was charged with improperly discharging a firearm in a school safety zone. Police said Abdullahi could face other charges.

No injuries were reported and police recovered a gun at the scene. The investigation in ongoing.
Columbus Police Chief Kim Jacobs commended the officers' response.
