Enchanted Care Students Raise $560 for Alex's Lemonade Stand

Students held lemonade stands to raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer

On July 12, students at Enchanted Care Learning Center and Enchanted Care Kids Campus in Delaware held lemonade stands and together raised more than $560 to benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), a national childhood cancer foundation dedicated to raising funds for research into new treatments and cures for all children battling cancer. Students staffed the stands and sold lemonade and treats to their fellow students, families, staff and teachers, while learning the importance of helping children in need. Students at Enchanted Care Learning Center also held a car wash at their school to raise additional funds. These initiatives were part of a joint effort between all Enchanted Care locations and Ready Set Grow in Ohio, which partnered together this summer to hold fundraisers for ALSF. Collectively, the schools raised more than $3,700 for the organization.
