Hilliard Davidson High Teen Indicted For Planning School Shooting
The 17-year-old will be charged for the crime as an adult.

COLUMBUS, OH — John Staley III created diagrams of Hilliard Davidson High School, made lists of weapons and ammunition and tried to recruit other students into a plan for a mass shooting, prosecutors said at a Columbus court Thursday.

Staley's attorney Stephen Palmer said Friday that experts concluded his client was "amenable" to being treated and rehabilitated in the juvenile court system instead of adult court.
