Modern Yoga Studio Debuts Location in Dublin

Local Entrepreneurs Debut YogaSix in Dublin

YogaSix, a modern fitness boutique offering a fresh perspective on one of the world’s oldest practices, is now open in Dublin. Located at 6784 Longshore Street in Bridge Park, the studio introduces people of all ages and abilities to the various health and wellness benefits of the brand’s unique take on yoga, in a welcoming, modern and calming environment.

YogaSix Dublin is owned and operated by Dublin locals Brett and Heidi Stahl. Both Brett and Heidi graduated from The Ohio State University and have lived in Dublin for almost 30 years. Heidi has a 20-year background in education and is currently in the fitness industry. Brett has spent 28 years in sales and marketing. Their active lifestyle, along with both losing parents at a young age, created a high value for living a fuller life and giving back to the local community. After looking at several Xponential Brands, they found that their values best aligned with YogaSix, and decided to bring the first concept to Dublin.

“We’re so excited to bring YogaSix to Dublin,” said Heidi. “Now more than ever, people want to come together in an accepting and safe environment. That's exactly what members can expect. We want every member to feel energized, empowered and have fun in our classes. YogaSix offers a variety of classes for individuals at every skill level, whether they’re a beginner or have been practicing for years.”

A variety of yoga classes are offered at YogaSix to encompass everything from deep stretching to stress relief to high intensity training. Offering six core formats – Y6 101, Y6 Restore, Y6 Slow Flow, Y6 Hot, Y6 Power and Y6 Sculpt Flow – each class caters to every fitness level and strengthens the mind-body connection.

In addition to catering to individual fitness levels to promote inclusivity, YogaSix uses modern language instead of Sanskrit to describe the practice, as traditional language can be intimidating to newcomers. YogaSix wants to introduce yoga in a modern practice that allows all levels to feel welcome. Each class caters to every fitness level so all clients can get the most out of their yoga experience. Instructors teach from the basic form of a movement to the most advanced.

To ensure the safety of all members and staff, YogaSix is taking extra safety precautions. The new studio has installed a high-capacity HVAC system that is equipped with hospital grade UVC lighting to kill viruses. Check-in is contactless and class capacity has been reduced to allow for social distancing. Hand sanitizer and wipes are provided throughout the studio and class times have been scheduled to allow for deep clean after every class.

YogaSix Dublin is open seven days a week with a full schedule of class offerings. Memberships are available for four, eight or unlimited visits per month, as well as drop-in packages.
