Mom Hit Daughter With Car For Disobedience: Police
Police say the mother had ordered the girl not to go to school, but she left the house anyway.

COLUMBUS, OH — A mother ordered her daughter not to go to school as a punishment. When the daughter left the house anyway, police say the mom got into her car, drove onto the sidewalk, hit the girl and then backed up over her leg.
The girl now has two fractures in her left leg.
The 34-year-old Columbus mother was arraigned Tuesday on charges of felonious assault, aggravated vehicular assault and endangering children. Police say the mother chased the girl down because she had disobediently left for school. They say she dropped the girl off at her father's house after hitting her with the car, and the teen called 911.
