Akron Zoo's Wild Lights Display, Santa Land Captivate All

CUYAHOGA FALLS, OH -- Akron Zoo's "Wild Lights" exhibits are on display throughout December. Sponsored by Akron Children's Hospital, each weekend, "Wild Lights" offers several, themed areas within the zoo that will be decorated with lights, synchronized to music. Carolers (see below for a list of schools) from area schools will perform each night as well, and guests can visit Santa Land to share Christmas lists and get a professional photo with Santa. (Snack with Santa days include, Dec. 9, 10, 16 and 17.)

Each weekend, guests can visit: Holly Jolly Hillside to see North American animals and trees; Classic Holiday Town in Grizzly Ridge; Rockin' Lights Spectacular, which includes 70 feet of animated lights set to music; and Crafts after Christmas from Dec. 26 to 30 when Santa Land transforms into multiple craft stations for kids. The Zoo's Annual Trunk Show will be held Dec. 7 from 4 to 7:30 p.m..
