Disgruntled Dad Screams Expletives Inside Elementary School: Crime Blotter

Police responded to Lincoln Elementary School March 15 to find a man who reportedly was shouting expletives with parents and children in earshot.
Cuyahoga Falls police got the call about the man about 7:30 p.m. that day, but by the time they arrived, the man was nowhere to be found.
The man had been threatening to beat up his ex-wife's current husband.

According to the police report, officials planned to serve the man a court summons.

- A resident in the 1800 block of Beacon Hill Circle told police that while she was out of state, someone stole numerous pieces of jewelry and change from her home. Estimated loss is $4,280. The theft took place between 6:30 p.m. March 8 and 2 a.m. March 14.
- A resident in the 2500 block of 21st Street told police he confronted a possible burglar inside his home about 6:55 p.m. March 14. The person got into the home through an unlocked side door, and when the victim confronted the person, the man ran out the front door. Nothing was stolen.
Man uses forehead to dent police cruiser
A 25-year-old man was charged with a misdemeanor count of criminal damaging after banging his forehead into the trunk of a police cruiser so hard that he left a dent in the trunk. The incident took place in the 2400 block of Oakwood Drive about 12:09 a.m. March 17.
