Suspected Drunken Driver Plows Through Flower Garden and Into Flagpole and Stairs
A Strongsville man was arrested Saturday night after crashing into the outdoor brick steps at 2000 Americhem Way
A suspected drunken driver plowed through a flower bed and into a flagpole and a brick staircase in Cuyahoga Falls Saturday night.
According to a traffic crash report from the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department, the Strongsville man was driving a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country westbound on Broad Boulevard about 10:50 p.m. Saturday.
The man's car left the road on the right side and entered the property at 2000 Americhem Way. He drove through a flower bed and crashed into a flagpole and two sections of stairs.

The man was not injured, but he was charged with failure to control and operating a vehicle under the influence.
Property owners were notified about the crash, according to the report. Police did not have an estimate on damages to the property when filling out the report.
