Hotel Guest Finds He's Not Alone; Another Scam Reported: Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Bath Township Police Department
A man staying at the Courtyard Inn on Springside Drive got a rude awakening at 2 a.m. June 23 when someone entered his room.
The intruder used a key, according to police.Â
The disgruntled guest filed a police report, saying the night clerk at the hotel gave his girlfriend a key to the room.
New Scam
A Green Drive resident wisely thought something was up when he got a call from an unknown person asking him to enter his 16-digit MasterCard number to activate the account.
The resident hung up instead.
