Paul Gabel Set to Play College Football

Revere High School announced this week that senior Paul Gabel will continue his academic-athletic career at Alderson-Broaddus College.

The Battlers are a Division II school in Philippi, West Virginia and will compete in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference starting.

Gabel plans to major in education.

The 6-foot, 205-pound senior running back and linebacker was name First Team All-Suburban League and was an In-Land All-District honorable Mention.  

This past season Gable, a co-captain, rushed for 742 yards in nine games while recording 70 tackles.
