Santa Experience Coming To Summit Mall

FAIRLAWN-BATH, OH - From Summit Mall: Eager children and their families can experience the joy and magic of the holiday season with a visit to the Simon® Santa Photo Experience at Summit Mall. Children can whisper wishes and capture photo memories with Santa beginning Saturday, November 10 at 5:00 p.m. until Sunday, Dec. 24 in the Dillard’s Women’s Court.

Summit Mall also provides children with special needs and their families with an opportunity to enjoy this time-honored holiday tradition through a sensory-friendly Caring Santa event in partnership with Autism Society of Greater Akron. Caring Santa will occur on Sunday, November 19 and Sunday, December 3 at 8:00 a.m. prior to mall opening. Guests can register in advance at simon.com/caringsanta. Caring Santa events have expanded from seven Simon malls in 2011 to 108 Simon malls today, reflecting the positive impact of this unique program.

Starting Black Friday, the 2017 SYF Gift Wrapping Program will be here for the holiday season. Over 30 shifts are filled by non-profits the entire season to wrap gifts of any size. Donations will be accepted for services with a suggested price per package.

Stop by Summit Mall’s Hot Chocolate Bar on Saturday, December 2 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sponsored by Unique Home Solutions, the free chocolate bar will have tons of toppings available and prizes for the most creative concoctions.

Come let the little ones become honorary elves this season. On Saturday, December 9 at 9:30 a.m. at Santa’s Set, there will be games, activities, crafts, local exhibitors and the head elf himself - Santa Claus.

Guests to every Simon Photo Experience will have another opportunity to share Santa’s heart by making a donation via The Cherry Hill Programs to Save the Children. For nearly 100 years, this non-profit has given underserved children in the U.S. a healthy start, the opportunity to learn and protection from harm. Since this program began five years ago, Cherry Hill Programs has collected over $1,000,000 largely due to the generosity of Simon shoppers.
