5 Things to Know in Fairlawn and Bath This Week

A look at the days ahead

1. Hidden in Plain Sight — Bath and Copley police will present the popular program that shows parents what to look for in a teenager's bedroom for clues to risky behaviors like substance abuse, eating disorders or crime Oct. 1 at Copley High School, 3807 Ridgewood Rd. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.; the presentation starts at 6:45 p.m.

2. Dr. Andrew Weil's Spontaneous Happiness — The workshop is set for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3 at Mustard Seed Market, 3885 West Market Street.

3. St. Luke's Animal Blessing — Bring your pets to St. Luke's Ministries, 3810 Ridgewood Rd. in Copley between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5.

4. Bath Volunteers for Service General Meeting – Starts at 9 a.m. Friday, Oct. 4 with socializing; the meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. at Bath Church. 330-864-0805.
