
A fraternity at Louisiana State University has issued an apology to Kent State University after hanging a banner outside its house Saturday referencing the May 4, 1970 shootings.
KETK news reports that the fraternity, Delta Kappa Epsilon, issued the apology in reference to a banner hung as the two universities' football teams faced off in Louisiana.
The banner stated: "Getting massacred is nothing news to Kent St."
