New Apartment Complex Opens in Kent

Copper Creek Lodge Apartments held a ribbon cutting ceremony on September 21st.

KENT, OH - Copper Creek Lodge Apartments held a ribbon cutting ceremony on September 21st to formally introduce the residents of Kent to the newest luxury apartment community around. In addition to the owners of developer Omni Property Companies, others in attendance included Kent Mayor Jerry Fiala, as well as members from the Kent, Akron and Brimfield Chambers of Commerce, as well as members of the Brimfield Police Department.

“It’s extremely important for us to become familiar with the community of Kent and to have the community become familiar with us,” said Omni Property Companies Managing Partner Pat Finley when explaining why the Ribbon Cutting and recent Open House events were hosted.
