2-4 Inches Of Snow: Northern Ohio Weekend Forecast
Sub-zero temperatures and more snowfall are likely in northern Ohio this weekend.
CLEVELAND — More snowfall and sub-zero temperatures will hit northern Ohio this weekend, the National Weather Service warned.
"Light to moderate snow is expected across northern Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania today through this evening. Widespread snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches is expected, with a swath of 2 to 4 inches possible west of I-71. Snow may cover untreated roadways during the morning and evening commute, with visibility as low as one mile at times," the agency said.
Snowfall should taper off by Friday afternoon, though sub-zero temperatures are expected overnight on Friday and Saturday.

"Sub zero wind chills are expected across the area Friday night and Saturday night. The coldest wind chills are expected Friday night along and south of a Toledo to Wooster line, with wind chills as low as 12 degrees below zero," the National Weather Service said.
Saturday night could be particularly cold, with an overnight low of 8 degrees expected. Northern Ohio broke a record for cold temperatures this week when early Tuesday morning saw a low of 4 degrees, the coldest temperature recorded in Ohio in two years.

By Sunday, temperatures should begin to climb upward. A high of 34 degrees is projected and the overnight low should be 3o degrees, setting up a warmer week.
