The Root Cafe- 15118 Detroit Ave.
Yelp reviewer Bethany C. wrote: "On a recent trip I sampled a Fig/Orange muffin that, in addition to being DELICIOUS and house-made, was also gluten-free, soy-free, and vegan. The espresso roast I was served from Rising Star (love) was brewed to perfection. It was a perfect breakfast. I have also partaken in their house-made burritos, soup, and hot breakfast options, all of which have been prepared and presented beautifully."

Pier W- 12700 Lake Ave.
Jeanne S. wrote: "Very large selection of breakfast and lunch foods and enormous dessert section. All of the foods I had were very good and the whole buffet setup was clean and looked fab. You get one glass of champagne or a mimosa included in the cost of the brunch. Do I think the cost is pricey, yes...BUT, you definitely get your money's worth and the location over lovely Lake Erie can't be topped."

Borderline Cafe- 18510 Detroit Ave.
Daniel O. wrote: "There are many local owned and operated places like this one in the Cleveland area! This one is a "must try!" Very delicious breakfast and lunch items with a personalized "southwest" twist! Everything is made from scratch and is DELICIOUS! The place is so small, one might miss it driving by... But do not be fooled! Places like this are THE BEST and they are way worth the drive!"
The Place To Be- 1391 Warren Road
Bill S. wrote: "The Place to Be is hands down the best traditional breakfast spot in NE Ohio. My familly has been coming here since 1989 and we've never been disappointed. My personal favorite are any of their omelets, the Greek being my favorite. They have added skillets as well as various eggs benedicts all which are stellar in execution. Try them, you will not be disappointed."
The Coffee Pot- 12415 Madison Ave.
David S. wrote: Awesome small diner. Good food at good prices. Kids loved the blueberry pancakes! Omelet was top notch and the coffee hit the spot. Very small place so you get fast and personal service.
