6-10 Inches Of Snow Inbound: Winter Storm In Cuyahoga County
Light snow during the day give way to a winter storm overnight.
CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH — Six to 10 inches of snow is expected to fall in Cuyahoga County through Tuesday, the National Weather Service warned.
Northeast Ohioans woke to light snowfall on Monday. Only 1 to 3 inches of snow will fall throughout the day, forecasters said, but a major winter storm will hit in the evening.
"After a brief period of light or no snow this afternoon, a more intense round of snow will enter this evening and bring significant accumulations across the region overnight," the National Weather Service said.

Snowfall amounts could vary across northern Ohio, with anywhere from 4-10 inches possible in Cuyahoga County communities. Cities on the eastern edge of the county, near the snow belt, could see even more snow.
Snow won't be the only dangerous winter element hitting Ohio this week. The storm will bring frigid cold to much of northern Ohio.
