Beck Center Makes Changes To Board Of Directors

LAKEWOOD, OH — The Beck Center for the Arts has made changes to its board of directors.

M. Patricia Oliver will lead the board, as chair, beginning Sept. 1. Douglas Hoffman will become immediate past chair and co-chair of the capital campaign committee.

Michael Daso and Amy Petrus will both join the board of directors.

“Beck Center is very fortunate to have such dynamic and skillful leadership on its Board of Directors,” said Lucinda Einhouse, president and CEO of Beck, “especially now as we maneuver through the pandemic, renovate our Education Wing, and look to the future of creating arts experiences for many generations to come."

Oliver first joined the Beck Center board in 2016. She is chair of the Tucker Ellis Financial Services industry team and is a former executive vice president, general counsel, chief corporate governance officer and corporate secretary for BB&T Corporation. She received her Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
