Beep, Beep! Honk, Honk! Meet Lakewood's Hard-Working Trucks!
Do your kids love trucks? Do you love trucks? Want to honk the horn on a garbage truck? Don't miss 'Meet The Trucks' this weekend!
LAKEWOOD, OH — Beep, beep! Honk, honk! Come one, come all! Lakewood's Early Childhood PTA and the City of Lakewood will host its 13th annual Meet the Trucks event on June 2nd from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Lakewood Park, 14532 Lake Avenue.
Come see, touch and explore the city and county’s finest fleet of trucks and vehicles.
Vehicles slated for display include an aerial truck, dump truck, refuse truck, fire truck, police car, police bike, SWAT vehicle, Lakewood Public Library Book Mobile, and more.

The Lakewood Early Childhood PTA will offer crafts, a DJ, bounce houses, over $1000 in raffle items, Jungle Bob, balloon twisters, a face painter, appearances by a princess and superhero, and several other exhibitions.
The Lakewood Police Department will be offering free bike helmets, free bike inspections and licensing and free kids IDs.

Many community groups will also be in attendance offering children’s activities and sharing information about their organizations.
Food will be offered by Angelo's Pizza, the Touch Supper Club food truck and the Sweet Spot food truck. In addition, the Lakewood Early Childhood PTA will sell hot dogs, drinks, popcorn and snow cones.
