Christmas Corner Bar Takes Over Around The Corner In Lakewood

LAKEWOOD, OH —Around the Corner bar and restaurant will again transform itself into the Christmas Corner Bar for the holiday season. This year, the bar will lean even harder into the seasonal cheer.

The Christmas Corner Bar, which opens on Black Friday, will feature more lights and decorations in 2018, and will have a "bigger and better overall Christmas experience" for guests, including specialty drinks. There will also be a bevy of seasonal events held at the bar.

Every Friday and Saturday, at 8 p.m., will be Christmas Karaoke. There will be an Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl on December 8, and a Brewnut pop-up December 16. Service Industry Night will be held December 10.

The Christmas Corner transformation will also benefit local charities, who will receive a donation from Around the Corner. Last year, in 2017, four charities got more than $1,000 from the bar. In 2018, the bar will again work with local charities and host several guest bartending events.
