Coronavirus In Lakewood Schools: 29 Positive Cases

Twenty-nine students across the district have tested positive for COVID-19.

LAKEWOOD, OH — The Lakewood Schools confirmed that 29 students and staff across the district have tested positive for COVID-19.

On the district's COVID-19 dashboard, as of Wednesday morning, there were 70 students in quarantine at Lakewood High. Of the district's 29 positive cases, 14 are at the high school.

Quarantined students and staff were possibly exposed to a person with COVID-19. The district's cases are either self-identified or confirmed via contact tracing.
