Here's how many COVID-19 cases have been documented in Lakewood ZIP codes.

LAKEWOOD, OH — There have been nearly 3,700 COVID-19 cases associated with a Lakewood ZIP code, according to the Ohio Department of Health.
The 44107 ZIP code in Lakewood has had 3,697 COVID-19 cases among residents since the pandemic began. A second ZIP code associated with the city — 44116 — has had 1,488 COVID-19 cases since the pandemic began.
Over the past week, there has been a drop in new COVID-19 cases in Ohio. The state has confirmed fewer than 4,000 new cases for four straight days and hospitalizations related to the virus have dipped below 3,000.

In response to the decline, Gov. Mike DeWine has shortened the statewide curfew to 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. and has laid out guidelines for removing the curfew altogether.
More than 7.5 percent of Ohioans have received at least the first part of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the state health department. As of Wednesday afternoon, 908,096 Ohioans had received at least the first shot and 217,058 Ohioans have completed the vaccination process.
