Doctor Accused of Molesting Patient At Lakewood Hospital
The 35-year-old Westlake doctor is being held in Cuyahoga County jail after his bond was set at $1 million.
A Westlake doctor faces charges after he was accused of molesting a woman in a pre-op room at Lakewood Hospital.
Ramez Reda Gharabawy has been indicted on two counts each of rape and gross sexual imposition, according to our news partners at NewsNet5.
The alleged offense occurred in March. According to court records, the 35-year-old is being held in Cuyahoga County jail after his bond was set at $1 million.

Cleveland Clinic offered the following statement regarding the incident:
"The safety of our patients is a primary concern and we appreciate that this patient reported the incident. We reported this to the appropriate authorities and are fully cooperating with the investigation. The doctor is no longer employed by the hospital."
