A Family That Runs Together Stays Healthy Together [PHOTOS]
5K race, 1 mile race, family fun, kids race, Cleveland Clinic, Lakewood Park
Cleveland Clinic put on the "Lakewood Healthy Family Run" that included a 1 mile walk, 1 mile run, 5K race and kids run. On a foggy morning runners ran out of the fog on Lake Avenue toward their finish in Lakewood Park. The surprising winner of the 5K (surprising because he race with his little dog) looked like they did it all the time. I wondered if racing with the dog gave him an unfair advantage ? LOL
