Lakewood Schools Meal Collection Starts Sept. 8
Parents or students can pick-up breakfast and lunch every weekday starting Sept. 8.
LAKEWOOD, OH — Grab-n-Go breakfast and lunch options will be offered at Lakewood schools starting Sept. 8.
Meal pick-up will take place every weekday. Lakewood High School, the district's two middle schools and all elementary schools will have meals for students to collect. Meal pick-up will not be available at the Franklin School of Opportunity.
Parents can ask to pick-up breakfast for the following day when they receive lunch, the district said.

"Students (or parents) may pick up meals at any of the buildings using the student PIN. Masks and six-feet distancing are required at all locations," the district said on its website.
Students or parents will move through the café line to pick-up a Grab-n-Go breakfast or lunch. A service worker will prepare the meal for each student and then hand it to the customer. Recipients then proceed to the cashier to pay, according to their meal status.
