Lakewood, Ohio – LakewoodAlive will host Knowing Your Home: Prepping Gardens for Spring Success on Thursday, September 26 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. as a virtual workshop.

Join LakewoodAlive and Paul Bilyk from Lakewood Garden Center for a workshop designed to provide you with the knowledge you need to set your spring gardens up for success.

Topics we will be focusing on include:
• Preparing gardens for the winter
• Learning from challenges to create a more informed plan for next year
• Using knowledge of this year’s growing season to craft a plan for next year’s success
• Bulb & Shrub planting

He will also be taking questions throughout the presentation to ensure that you will be well informed and ready for next year’s gardening season. Knowing Your Home is an educational series focused on best sustainability and home maintenance practices empowering residents to tackle necessary repairs and improvements.
