CLEVELAND — Lucky's Market is closing 32 stores nationwide after grocery-giant Kroger divested from the brand. However, the store on Clifton Boulevard, at the Lakewood-Cleveland border, will remain open.

"There has been some recent news circulating about Lucky’s stores closing," the brand said on Facebook. "We want to assure you that your store in Cleveland will remain open and we look forward to serving you, our loyal customers. Please come in soon to visit us."

Lucky's Market has 39 stores across 10 states, according to Progressive Grocer magazine. The brand may close as many as 32 of its stores after Kroger divested its stake in Lucky's Market. However, the Cleveland location will be unaffected.
