Main Ave. Bridge To Close Overnight Friday
ODOT will be conducting a traffic shift on SR 2 east. See how this could impact your drive short- and long-term.

CLEVELAND, OH — All eastbound lanes of SR 2/Main Avenue Bridge will be closed Friday, August 3 at W. 25th Street, starting at 8 p.m. The lanes will re-open at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 4, the Ohio Department of Transportation said.
Crews will be performing traffic shift operations during the lane closures. Drivers will be detoured onto W. 25th, to Detroit-Superior, to W. 3rd St. back onto SR 2 east while the work goes on.
When SR 2 east reopens on Saturday morning, the left lane across the bridge will be closed, as will the W. 28th Street entrance ramp to SR 2 east, for approximately 30 days. Drivers that need to make sure of those routes will be detoured to Detroit Ave. to W. 45th Street back onto SR 2 east.
