Man Charged With Stealing Tips

Drug abuse: Police received a report of two men fighting in the street in the 2100 block of Eldred Avenue at around 3 a.m. Sept. 29. One of the men was arrested and charged with felony drug abuse.
Stolen tips: A man who was caught stealing money from the tip jar at Menchies on Sept. 29 was charged with petty theft.
