Richard Neff, Lakewood Resident, Dies at 60

Richard Neff, of Lakewood, died Jan. 24.

He was 60. 

Neff, was the beloved father of Brian Neff (Andrea) of Niceville, FL. and Brad Neff of Twinsburg; loving son of Louise (nee McMullen) and the late Warren; dear grandfather of Brian Neff, Jr.; brother of Robert (Patricia) former husband of Barbara Neff (nee Struquadine).

Private family services took place held.
