Many crafters and regular shoppers were devastated when they learned that Pat Catan's planned to close all of their Ohio stores. It doesn't look like that's going to change, but watching the video below by the guys at Taco Truck TV might cheer you up.
Taco Truck calls the video a "A Tribute to Pat Catan's" and features the two of them in front of and inside the store singing "Pat Catan's is gone!" and lamenting over how they will buy google eyes and other craft supplies. Very funny.
According to a previous article in Patch, up to 12 stores could be converted to Michaels locations (Michaels purchased Pat Catan's several years ago). Some posts on social media have suggested contacted Michaels to let them know how you feel and to plead your case to keep your favorite location open — even as a Michaels.
