Snowy Owls vacationing in the Lakewood area

If you're into birding and doing nature photography, getting pics of Snowy Owls is surely on your bucket list. Looking at social media, seeing all those beautiful owl photos was all the motivation I needed to go out on a drizzly day to Wendy Park and the surrounding area to see if I could get lucky.
Lo and behold, as soon as I turned into the parking lot I saw 2 birders looking at a dense industrial area near the marina there. I was told there was a Snowy Owl on the ground in that area. All I could see with my naked eye was a white dot. Luckily I brought my Nikon Coolpix P900 with its powerful zoom capabilities and the following photos are the result.
