State Of Lakewood Address Coming April 16
Lakewood Mayor Meghan George will deliver the State of the City speech before holding virtual ward meetings.

LAKEWOOD, OH — Mayor Meghan George will deliver the State of Lakewood address on April 16 and then will hold virtual ward meetings in late April and May.
The virtual State of the City speech will feature George and Director of Planning and Development Shawn Leininger. The duo will join Lakewood's Chamber of Commerce for the virtual presentation. Event details and registration can be found online.
"[George] will discuss what happened in 2020 and specifics around the COVID-19 pandemic along with goals and objectives for the year to come. Director Leininger will dive into ongoing projects and development updates," Lakewood officials said on the city website.

Following the State of Lakewood address, George and Leininger will do ward-by-ward presentations with city council representatives.

The Ward 1 meeting will be held April 28 at 6 p.m.
- Registration must be completed by April 27 at 5 p.m.
The Ward 2 meeting will be held May 6 at 6 p.m.
- Registration must be completed by May 5 at 5 p.m.
The Ward 3 meeting will be held May 11 at 6 p.m.
- Registration must be completed by May 10 at 5 p.m.
The Ward 4 meeting will be held May 18 at 6 p.m.
- Registration must be completed by May 17 at 5 p.m.
