Five Mayfield-Hillcrest area homes in foreclosure are scheduled for sheriff's sales Monday, April 29, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

Highland Heights

• 943 Stanwell Drive; minimum bid $83,334; appraised value $125,000

Mayfield Heights 

• 1679 Fruitland Ave.; minimum bid $73,334; appraised value $110,000
• 1138 Bonnie Lane; minimum bid $66,667; appraised value $100,000
• 1383 Ranchland Drive; minimum bid $40,000; appraised value $60,000

Mayfield Village

• 7029 Wilson Mills Road; minimum bid $100,000; appraised value $150,000
