Foreclosed Mayfield Heights Home For Sale Monday

A Mayfield Heights home in foreclosure is scheduled for a sheriff's sale Monday May 6, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

The minimum bid for the home at 1661 Woodhurst Ave. is $56,667. It was appraised at $85,000.

There are no homes in Mayfield Village, Highland Heights or Gates Mills schedule for today's sale.
