Carrasco dominates, Tribe tops Blue Jays 6-0

Carlos Carrasco and two relievers were dominant and combined on a four-hitter, Yan Gomes hit a three-run homer and the Cleveland Indians beat the Toronto Blue Jays 6-0 on Tuesday night.
Carrasco (4-2) pitched seven innings to remain unbeaten on the road. The right-hander is 4-0 with a 1.35 ERA in four road starts this season. He walked none and struck out seven, one shy of his career high.
In three of his last four starts, Carrasco has pitched at least seven innings. He has allowed five earned runs and struck out 27 in his last 29 innings. He now ranks in the top five in the AL in ERA, Ks, and opponent average.

Andrew Miller worked the eighth and Nick Goody finished up to complete the four-hit shutout.
Called up from Triple-A Buffalo to make his season debut, Blue Jays right-hander Mike Bolsinger (0-1) turned in a respectable effort. He allowed two runs and three hits in 5 1/3 innings and struck out four.

Lonnie Chisenhall reached base three times for the Indians, who scored more than three runs for the first time since a 12-4 win over Seattle on April 30.
Yan Gomes finished 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBIs and two runs scored. He is now hitting 7-for-16 this month.
