Four Mentor Area Homes Up for Sheriff's Sale Monday

Four Mentor and Mentor-on-the-Lake residential properties in foreclosure are scheduled for sheriff's sales Monday, according to the Lake County Sheriff's website.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 10 a.m. on the main floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 47 N Park Pl, Painesville.

Here are the properties in Monday's sale:

• 7420 South Chestnut Commons Drive; appraised value $87,000; mortgage value $25,361.18
• 4807 Homewood Drive; appraised value $84,000; mortgage value $111,956.12
• 5595 Chagrin Drive, MOTL; appraised value $60,000; mortgage value $80,543.60
• 7477 Southland Drive, MOTL; appraised value $66,000; mortgage value $101,831.31
