James and Irving lead the Cavs to beat the Raptors 109-102 and sweep series

Lebron James scored 35 points, Kyrie Irving added 27 and Cleveland swept Toronto, beating the Raptors 109-102 on Sunday to give James his seventh consecutive trip to the Eastern Conference Finals.
Kyle Korver scored 18 points to help the Cavaliers become the first team to win eight straight playoff games the year following a title, and the first team to win eight straight in consecutive postseasons.
"The fact that we play our best basketball in the postseason lets us know that we're up for the challenge," said James, who had nine rebounds and six assists.

This was a incredible series for Lebron James. The four-time MVP averaged 36 points in the four games, while shooting 57.3 percent from the field.
Toronto felt good early Sunday by building as much as a 11-point lead in the first quarter.

Lebron James led the Cavs back to a 28-28 tie at the end of the first quarter and eventually a 61-49 lead at halftime. Kyle Korver's hot shooting also made a big impact in the second quarter, as he scored 16 of his 18 total points to help Cleveland pull away.
The Raptors restored their confidence in the third quarter, but then Kyrie Irving took over. He personally led a 11-2 run to help take over. Toronto never recovered and suffered a seven-point loss although the game was not that close.
Kyrie Irving contributed 27 points and nine assists. He scored 11 consecutive points in the fourth quarter when the Cavs really needed them.
"Anytime you have No 23 you can flip every switch you want to," Raptors coach Dwane Case said. "What did he play? Forty-six minutes? People complain about that. He is the difference. They did flip a switch.
"They are a totally different team defensively and definitely offensively (since the end of the regular season). Anybody that thinks anything differently doesn't know anything about basketball."
DeMar DeRozan scored 22 points on 8-of-18 shooting. Cory Joseph, starting for Lowry, was excellent with 20 points and 12 assists.
The Raptors finished with the same regular-season record as the Cavs (51-31) but for the second straight year had their season ended by Cleveland at Air Canada Centre in the playoffs.
